CARRERA for gates up to 800Kg

The Carrera is an electromechanical gear motor with a permanent lithium grease lubrication gearbox. The unlocking device has a personalized key for maximum security and piece of mind. The unit works with mechanical limit switches. It has a built in controller and can also be connected to a back-up battery (24vDC version)

 

 

AG2000 for gates up to 1600Kg

The AG2000 is available in two sizes, 1000Kg or 1600Kg. Both motors have a oil bath gearbox for lubrication. The unlocking device has a personalized key for maximum security and piece of mind. The unit works with mechanical limit switches. It has a built in controller inside a lockable lid

VDS produces three types of swing gate actuators

 

PM1/SC low voltage (24vDC) for gates up to 3m. It is an electro mechanical liner operator and rated for intensive use. Manufactured from aluminium. An emergency override key allows to unlock the mechanism for quick release. Available in three models with 300mm stroke for gate up to 1.6m, 400mm stroke for gates up to 2.5m and 500mm stroke for gates up to 3m

 

 

 

A very powerful actuator designed for intensive use for gates up to 6m wide. It has a built in anti crushing  device with very sensible bypass valves. A manual unlock key allows unlocking during a power failure. There are four model available in this range.

PH for gates up to 1.8m, PH1 for gates up to 3m, PHV240 for gates up to 4m and PHV360 for gates up to 6m

 

 

Electro meachnical operator for underground installation. The external self supporting case is made from stainless steel to house the sealed motor and gearbox combination

The controllers are made for 12vDC, 24vDC and 230vAC devices. All controllers are fitted with the following features

The BEV2 is an electromechanical gear motor with opening and closing micro switches. Compression movement counterbalanced spring that is galvanized. Fitted inside a stainless steel housing with a built in controller and incorporated flashing light on top. Designed for intense use

3 Channel self learning transmitter. 433 Mhz

 

 

Infra red safety beams. Can be used with lithium batteries or supply power from gate controller making this a very versatile photocell

 

 

 

Single or double underground vehicle detectors. 

Operating voltages range from 12/24v AC or DC to 240vAC
